Working Offline
Flipnem keeps the decks you study on your device, so you can keep studying without a connection — on a plane, the subway, or anywhere the network drops.
Sync Upcoming Media
If you're going to be studying offline and have a media-rich deck with unviewed cards, use
Settings → Local Data → Sync Upcoming Media button
(or Sync Upcoming Media in a deck's Data Syncing & Media panel for just that deck).

Keeping your offline data protected
To guarantee that your cached decks and media aren't cleared, install Flipnem as a PWA.
Installed PWA apps get persistent storage — the browser won't evict their data under space pressure, and only clearing the app's data will remove it.
Offline Mode
Offline mode locks Flipnem down so no network requests will be initiated. This can be useful for testing decks to ensure they function correctly when offline.
Offline mode can be triggered from the bottom of the User Profile menu.
